Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can exchange any product free of charge if it arrives in a non-sound condition or does not match the specifications.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and a picture of the damages with a valid reason (mentioned above) for the return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kalambooks.ae. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
If the product is sound and free of defects, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used or opened.
How to exchange a defect-free product:

- Send the order number
- Photograph the product to be exchanged
- Specify the desired replacement product
- The store management issues an exchange policy with the customer's data and address
- The shipping company representative collects the previously sent product to the customer that is to be exchanged
- The store verifies the product's integrity from any defect or use
- The store management issues an exchange policy with the customer's data and address
- The customer pays the exchange policy value via bank transfer to Kalambooks account before sending the replacement product
- The replacement product is sent to the customer
